Armenia is considering to order MR-SAM system from India and has made some level of inquiries for the procurement.
Armenia’s adversary Azerbaijan Air Force operates the Barak-8 that is completely made up of all Israeli systems while the Indo-Israeli MR-SAM has some Israeli components but India has complete transfer of Technology of these components and India is not dependent on Israel for export clearance of the MR-SAM.
